These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and zh444. The zh444 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. zh444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to have been registered by individuals below the minimum age will be suspended immediately and any balance handled in accordance with applicable regulatory obligations.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on zh444. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, zh444 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update that information promptly if it changes. zh444 will not be liable for any losses arising from a User's failure to maintain accurate account details, including failure to receive Account notifications, withdrawal confirmations, or security alerts as a result of incorrect contact information.
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the zh444 Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are connecting. zh444 does not make any representation that its services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Users connecting from Prohibited Jurisdictions are not permitted to register or maintain an Account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zh444 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. zh444 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.
In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify zh444 immediately via the support contact details set out in Section 14. zh444 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account upon notification, but will not be liable for losses incurred prior to a valid notification being received.
You are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access your zh444 Account is appropriately secured against unauthorised access, malware, and keylogging software. zh444 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS on all Accounts, particularly where a significant PKR balance is maintained.
An Account that has recorded no login activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. zh444 will notify the Account holder via registered email prior to any administrative fee being applied to inactive Accounts in accordance with zh444's prevailing inactivity fee schedule. Where an Account balance reaches zero as a result of inactivity fees, the Account may be closed at zh444's discretion.
zh444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All PKR transactions are processed at the prevailing exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. zh444 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Users.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per time period. These limits are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of initiating a transaction and may vary depending on the payment method selected, your Account verification status, and your Account tier.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Once KYC is satisfied, withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within eight (8) minutes. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. zh444 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name that has been used to fund your zh444 Account, or to a method approved by zh444's compliance team following verified identity confirmation.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by zh444 are subject to these general bonus terms as well as the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, and eligible game categories are specified in each promotion's individual terms. zh444 reserves the right to amend wagering requirements applicable to future promotions at any time.
zh444 takes bonus abuse seriously. Activity that zh444 reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting using promotional funds, the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms — will result in forfeiture of all bonus balances, suspension of the Account, and may result in the withholding of real-money funds pending investigation.
All promotions are valid for the period stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus credits not used within their validity window will expire automatically. zh444 is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
zh444 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect any promotion that a User has already validly claimed, subject to the remaining specific terms of that promotion.
All sports bets placed on the zh444 Platform — including cricket, PSL match markets, football, kabaddi, and UFC — are subject to zh444's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. Bets accepted in error (including at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a technical fault) may be voided by zh444 at its sole discretion.
All casino games, slot titles, fishing games including Gold Toad Fishing, and card games including Joker Poker available on zh444 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are operated by live dealer studios independently audited for fairness. In the event of a system, software, or connectivity malfunction that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, zh444 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the User's Account. zh444 will not be liable for any loss of winnings or opportunity resulting from a technical malfunction beyond its reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zh444 excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
Where zh444 is found to be directly liable to a User for any cause of action arising under these Terms & Conditions, zh444's total aggregate liability to that User shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User into their zh444 Account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You acknowledge that online gaming carries inherent risk of financial loss, and that you participate on the zh444 Platform entirely at your own risk. zh444 is not responsible for any losses arising from your gaming decisions, any reliance on information published on the Platform, or any losses caused by your own breach of these Terms & Conditions.

By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. zh444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, zh444 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to the registered address on your Account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, the matter may be escalated to zh444's independent dispute resolution provider as specified in the Platform's licensing documentation.
Any claim or dispute arising under these Terms & Conditions must be notified to zh444 in writing within six (6) months of the date on which the circumstances giving rise to the claim first arose. Claims notified after this period will not be considered.
